Mine is "FAQ Entry: Getting a Tracking URL from a Report ID" at
http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=4498 , which reads
as follows (textified just for you):
Here is how to get a Tracking URL from a Report ID:
Login to your reporting site, if necessary, so that you can see a "Past
Reports" Tab.
Click the Link in the "Past Reports" Tab, producing the "Find past
reports" page.
Enter/paste the Report ID into the box and click the "Jump to report
id:" Button to produce the "Show past reports" / "Report History" page
for the spam which was reported using that Report ID. You could also
click on the "View recent reports" Link, but unless this spam was one of
the last few reported, use of the "View recent reports" Link is more
time-consuming (on your end) and CPU-intensive (on the server end) than
use of the "Jump to report id:" Button.
You should see results like the following snippet;

Lines 5,6,7 (in this case): spew source report/complaint
Find and click the Link containing the Report ID (the Report ID URL) to
produce the "Show headers" page for the spam which was reported using
that Report ID.
If that Report ID was used to report a spamvertized URL, you will only
see tracking for that spamvertized URL - go back and click on any Report
ID that is not to the left of a spamvertized URL (a Report ID for a
"spew source" (an "Administrator of network where email originates") or
a "User defined recipient"), because they all produce the same results.
Click the "Parse" Link (to view a parse of the old Tracking URL) or just
copy the Link Location for the old Tracking URL.
If the old Tracking URL is too old to parse for your purposes, or you
want to munge it some for posting purposes, please see FAQ Entry:
Resubmitting to Get New Tracking URL at
http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=4159 .
Log out or close the window when you're finished with it, as
appropriate.
Please note that the Report ID numbers are keyed to your reporting
account, such that someone else's Report ID numbers are pretty much
useless to you for discussing the actions of the SpamCop Parsing and
Reporting Service.
