[SpamCop-List] Software spams still abound.

This one seems to be using an obviously faked name which posters on a 
network dealing with LEGO blocks, called LUGNET, would be familiar with.  Do 
I just let SpamCop worry about who to report to, or is there an additional 
3rd party interested in blatant misuse of other people's names?

So far I've reported it the way SpamCop saw it, and would be happy to leave 
it at that except a few people might know the person, who really has built 
some fantastic LEGO models, and I find it way past the bounds of coincidence 
that there would be someone with a real English name originating from the 
.cn domain.  :D
