Yes, you are correct,  this is the information that I am looking for and 
what i have been told that I cant have. I have already setup the routing in 
SC for 212.113.24.128 - 212.113.24.191. The other range is for our ADSL and 
there will be no need for reporting on that range. I assume I have done 
everything I possibly can and yet I still dont get any semi-specific details 
about any 'incidents', apart from the summary information that you mention 
and this gets sent as per my request (hourly). As you can see, we have the 
abuse.net records up there and from the information you yourself have 
presented, I would have hoped that we could get a little more information 
about what reports are specific to our IP range.

The only thing i can think of is to get the following information updated 
with our abuse address

> Reporting addresses:
> abuse at level3.net
> spamtool at level3.net
> abuse at eu.level3.net

Do you know if this is possible and if so, how.

Not sure where to get from here, but thanks for the info.
