Deputies 'setup' that routing if it is going to have additional
notifies.

abuse.net registers abuse addresses by domainname.  SC databases
'routing' notifies by IP address.  You don't want to be included as the
abuse.net reg'd address for level3, you want to be the spamcop
additional notify for kinexus netblocks.

I have a sneaky feeling you haven't communicated properly with the
deputies yet.

I'm not an admin person so I don't know how it works, but I would think
that kinexus abuse addresses could be configured as additional notifies
about that netblock.

especially since you are the admin contact listed in ripe and the
registrant for the domain.
