Firefox:
Old information in your password manager most likely. In firefox you
would need to go to tools/options, then select the "passwords" tab, then
press the button in that requestor that says "View Saved Passwords"

In the requester that comes up, find and delete any old information
referring to spamcop.

The next time you login, check the box that allows your firefox browser
to save the login information in it's security device.

Internet Explorer:
If you are using IE, you can clear any saved passwords from that also.
IE saves passwords under "tools/Internet options" then select the
content tab. Press the "Auto Complete" button. Then you can press the
"clear passwords" button in the requester that comes up. In this case,
IE clears all stored passwords at once instead of letting you select
which ones to clear. Same thing, just re-login to spamcop and let it
remember the passwords again.

If the above doesn't help, try the additional step of clearing out your
temporary Internet files and any saved cookies as well in addition to
the above.

I don't know about other browsers. But you should be able to figure it
out with that much info.
