Hello:

One particularly persistent spammer uses contactprivacy.com to hide
whois data. I don't want to renew the recent debate about the legitimacy
of such services, but is there any way to lean on these guys to stop
harboring spammers? E-mailing them does no good. Maybe I could sic the
Toronto papers on them ("A spam-enabler is in your backyard" -- I've
used this approach to get other newspapers interested in local
spammers).
