That other one was for reporting the link in the reported spam. The 
first (non-verbose) address was for the IP address from which the spam 
originated. (Both on MCI/UU obviously.)

Good point about the problem with double-reporting. But what if there is 
a situation where it is only originating IP address rather than both? 
(i.e. only reporting address is the non-verbose address.)
