Has your ISP implemented an anti-spam policy ?  I thought my spamload had 
dropped to nought a couple of months ago but it turned out to be my ISP who 
had suddenly started deleting emails they thought of as spam; without 
asking.  I have to admit though that I've not spotted an incorrectly marked 
email yet - they alter the header.
