Yes, I'm noticing considerable delays related to this issue -- and they are probably related to what I have noticed over the past few weeks.

I have finished my numerical analysis of sending emails, and there is no doubt that mail routed through spamcop has taken significantly longer in the past 3 days, and I have numbers to prove it.   I see no need to share these new numbers because the current condition is not necessarily representative of intended service design.  However, I have made some configuration changes on my side which have solved the speed problem while continuing to be protected by spamcop reporting.
