[SpamCop-List] New spam-hosts are blocking spamcop DNS queries

This is the second spam I've seen this happen on.

I had a spam email come in with a URL including the domain atozoem -dot-
net. When Spamcop's system tries to look up that URL, it says the host was
not found, so it can't send a complaint email to that system's webmaster.
But the domain name resolves just fine to me -- it resolves to
208.160.156.28.

That tells me someone is blocking DNS queries from Spamcop's servers.

Two suggestions:
1) Could Spamcop start sending DNS queries to multiple well-known public
DNS servers? Then, to block spamcop, a spammer would have to also block
most of their target users.
2) (This one's iffy) If Spamcop's automated queries find querying the
authoritative DNS server directly gives different addresses than querying
various DNS servers out on the Internet, could an abuse report be sent for
the authoritative DNS server itself?

Thanks again!
(This reply-to email address will be deleted after a few days. Live humans
should read the bounce message for clues leading to an alternate address.)
