For a month or so I have been getting recycled bounce flag settings.
I say "recycled" because the text it claims was returned by my host
is no longer present in that file on the host.

Recently I got one case where the spamcop mail system was bouncing
mail sent by the spamcop reporting system citing reasons that were
not intelligible to me.
