Sure, like you would submit a single spam using the SC Web
form.  In your example (multipart test mail) truncate it to
mail header + 1st part header + 1st part body + 2nd part
header, that should be enough to find all obvious problems.

See also Jeff's tip, a test mail to an account at a different
provider is better, because that should include all problems
created by the sending side.  Otherwise you'd get your test
on a short cut "from jg to jg", the problem could be behind
this short cut.
