If it doesn't matter to you how you are configured, I have no idea why
you wouldn't simply accept the fact that it is absolutely wrong to be
configured for newsing as QP.  You are holding out for QP and comparing
it/ considering it/ vs html, or considering b64 when you should simply
configure for plaintext mime encoding none and forget about all of the
wrong configurations you seem to be seeking.  What's wrong with
plaintext mime encoding none?

All of the reasons for doing that have been spelled out and explained in
great detail -- and you don't want to hear of it from anyone.  You only
want to configure for anything but the correct plaintext mime encoding
none.  And you have never ever even once ezplained what possible reason
you might have for not wanting to behave normally.

Why would anyone be interested in explaining to you how wrong you are if
you are incapable of paying attention in the form of heeding the well
considered advice?
