I was more curious about WTF this is supposed to mean:

"WARNING:  People who have been plonked should be especially careful of what
they say as I DO monitor posters I don't normally read."

Is that a threat of some kind? And how can he 'monitor' folks he's plonked?
Mebbe he just had a bad day....
