The last 2 times this came up here, Mar 21 & Feb 09, ripe didn't actually
have an email for the listed nic-hdl and the changed addy was causing
confusion for the troops.

Ellen responded to that Mar 21 thread and did her routing thing to fix the
missing ripe nic-hdl address.
