[SpamCop-Mail] SSL POP from SC to other servers available

Hi, guys.

To help the ATTBI users out, I've implemented the ability to do SSL POP from
SpamCop to your remote POP servers. That means that if the server you are
POPping from supports SSL, you can enable that on my server. Apparently
ATTBI requires that, which is incredibly stupid, but that's their problem.

There's a new option under POP servers for SSL. Also note that the POP
server config has moved into the webmail client Options page under SpamCop
Tools.
