Right now it's manual. Basically, the steps are:
1. Create an account and pay for it.
2. Create all the additional accounts you want. Go through step one but
don't do any PayPal stuff.
3. Manually send me a PayPal for the additional accounts. Include in there a
short note explaining what you're doing and the usernames of all the
accounts involved (including the "master" account).
4. When I get your manual PayPal, I'll activate all the accounts. This will
generally be the same day as I'm always around.
