Yes, I know.

Part of the reason for writing that page, and numbering the methods, was
so that we could tell people: "Sounds like you're using option 3" or
"Use option 5 in that case".

In a way it's really simple. Get mail into the system somehow. Get it
out somehow.

Now, try explaining that in simple terms. Maybe that's a better way to
do it, actually.

GET MAIL IN
You have several options to get mail into the system. You can use any of
these simultaneously:
1. Have people email to your @spamcop.net address
2. Forward your email from your old email address to your spamcop.net
address
3. Configure SpamCop to POP your email for you from your old POP servers

GET MAIL OUT
You have several options to get mail out of the system.
1. Set SpamCop to forward your mail to a different, hopefully secret,
email address.
2. Read it at the SpamCop webmail site:
http://webmail.spamcop.net/horde/imp
3. Use your existing email program and POP to fetch your email. Select
"mail.spamcop.net" as your POP server.
4. (Advanced) Use your existing email program and IMAP to fetch your
email. Select "mail.spamcop.net" as your IMAP server.

This is only about 10 lines of text. Is it better than what's on that
page? Anyone else want to rewrite it for me? Anyone want to draw
pictures?
