If you are an email customer, I have more sympathy for you since there
is no alternative for email questions.  I assumed that you were
complaining about .help since your post was here.  Yes, now I see it
is crossposted.

Now, I see why you want JT to comment.  And IMHO, you have a
legitimate beef about .mail.  Since JT does frequent the .mail ng, I
believe, he probably feels he can't cover both - at least at the
beginning.  From his point of view, it is /either-or/.  I wish you
Good Luck.  Perhaps he was asked by the new spamcop management to try
the web forum and didn't think he could do justice to both a forum and
a ng for his business.
