[SpamCop-Mail] Cannot retrieve half.com messages

Whenever I attempt to retrieve mail, if I have a message from 'half.com by
eBay', spamcop -> Eudora handshaking fails. It fails repeatedly on a message
and blocks mail download until I go out on Webmail and delete the message
myself. And it happens on EVERY half.com message.

What do I have to do? Anyone else having this problem?  I did try a search
but found no references. ( I will forward a copy of the message to you if it
will help; it's stored in a webmail folder if an admin wants to look.)

(Eudora Win 6.0.1.1, StartTLS if available (never used), to mail.spamcop.net
via POP3, using passwords)
