If it's about the webmail system here. JT, the mail system owner, reads 
the group. If it's for the parsing system, the main newsgroup is 
probably best. Not much chance of Julian seeing it though, unless a 
deputy forwards it to him.

I recommend unchecking their box in SpamCop reports.
Cyveillance are part of the problem.
They are not part of the solution.
