Then that 'fact' like a lot of others, needs to be 'clarified' at the
forums page.  The forums page or its equivalent, which needs a *LOT* of
improvement as a gateway to help is in terrible shape, in my opinion.
If that is where everyone gets to prior to asking questions of a
webgizmo, it should be the *primary* way to clue the clueless.
