I always got a live person and the last call I had I said the word
'damn' and she said 'ma'm, there's no need to cuss'. LOL. I apologised
and asked to speak to her supervisor. That finally got the message
through. I don't consider 'damn' to be a cuss word but I guess she
didn't deserve that - she was only doing her job.
