Looks like they aren't ruling out a problem with the foam insulation damaging
the left wing during take off. (If that was the cause, then I am amazed that
they managed to go that far without trouble.) Maybe in the future someone should
go and do a spacewalk to check the hull next time there is a suspected problem.
