Well, well.  Wouldn't you know.  Old Asscraft is doing his Noel, but 
there's no way this one will go through...  They're (they=congress) 
already (YEAH!) working (it's their job) to put some really strict 
limitations (those are called checks) on some of the STOOPID projects 
funded by the Patriot Act Part I (ie. TIA).

What a card!  What a maroon!
