**You didn't miss much, they replayed most of the old ones and added three
new ones, which were OK, but not great.

I called to ask what was going

**I've learned the hard way that customer service doesn't know their ass
from their elbows, they just have a script to follow, that's all, I called
to tell them that my cable was out and they're telling me "We don't show any
problem in your area". "BUT I'M TELLING YOU THERE *IS* ONE BECAUSE I HAVE
NO CABLE!!" Brain dead, a really don't know why they bother.......

Our free 4 months ends at the end of this month anyway and

**Aside from a few glitches in the beginning, the cable internet has been
extremely reliable, I am hoping that Comcast is going to be just as good.
Do you know that DirecTV is going to be reliable? I've heard it isn't always
the best reception.
