Just spoke with my daughter-in-law seems my intrepid (born and raised in the
sun belt) son purchased one of these marvels and commenced to thaw his drive
(~ 40 ft long & a 30 degree slope BTW) he was going great guns but failed to
notice the melt water was re-freezing behind him in what my DIL called
'black ice'.

Reports from the ER:  Only his pride was hurt.  I can only hope my DIL got
the action on video. <g>
