I gas up my car once a month wether it needs it not.  The bi difference 
in prices (States vs Europe) I would imagine is the taxes that the 
various governments levy on gasoline.  If your government didn't put four 
or five times the tax on gas than they do in the States then I would 
imagine they would tax the hell out of you on something else like they do 
here...p
