My god, I can't believe what I'm finding trying to find an affordable house.
The most appalling things are $200K and up, condos that don't allow dogs are
minimum $160K, with no deck or patio.  I wish I had the money to be a
developer, I'd develop cozy little cottages for people who don't want to
live in trailers or friggin' hotels......

Found a really nice arts and crafts type cottage, beautiful traditional
period inside, perfect, except for the over 400K pricetag......
