We ARE uphill. We have kept our land largely naturalized so we welcome the
critters. The water follows natural swales down from the top of the hill or
mini mountain as you prefer. How we can live on the highest hill in town and
it have a natural spring bubble out the top is so strange but that is the way
it is. With development of the hill, the natural runoffs and pooling areas
have become disturbed, which saddens me.
