LOL at the notion of saving. It's apparently an American disease that
people just don't save any more.
I always thought that National Guard troops were intended to guard this
nation if all the other troops got deployed elsewhere. I believe that's
how it works in the UK but I could be wrong. It also seems more logical
that the better soldiers are off doing the 'real' fighting.
