I'm surprised he didn't give you a ticket for *that*!  Good dog....if 
the dog had to poop that bad he clearly hadn't been cared for properly 
by his master and allowed to go out on a regular basis, someone needs to 
go to K-9 basic training dog walking school...tsk tsk..  :>
