Well speaking for myself, I learned the basics of evolution at a fairly
young age (before high school). Most obviously in relation to how man
developed. Was he plonked down on earth in a fit of creation or did he
evolve from apes... and how did they evolve... and so on. It's a basic
question that every child begins to wonder and I believe it should be
answered ACCURATELY! There is much evidence that we evolved from ape-like
creatures and going back into prehistoric eras that those mammals evolved
from simple sea creatures. Let's face it, you can't create a biologist and
put him through a university course if he's never learned anything about
evolution.
