Yeah. Well in her case I think the best bet would be to start over from
scratch and not worry about slaving the old drive at all, that way all she
really has to do is plug a new drive in where the old drive vacated. It'll
be a PITA to reinstall everything but as I understand it, she's already got
anything vital backed up elsewhere.
