Do sociopaths totally lack morals?

You are interepreting it as moral or immoral but an animal that does not
have a grasp of morality cannot be behaving one way or the other. A human,
even a sociopath, is capable of behaving morally or immorally because he
grasps the concept and can empathise. Animals may be able to empathise but
that doesn't mean they are capable of making a 'moral' judgement.
