Maybe. But they won't be suspended for very long and that'll be the worst
they'll suffer. If they can figure out who fired the first shot, that
officer should go for some serious re-training at the very least. Imagine if
any of the many people nearby had been shot or killed! there were people out
on the street even.. not that walls or windows would help too much when
they're made of such flimsy stuff as around here
