Probably not in the way that you think...if they're gouging, I'll buy 
elsewhere (or not at all).  If some other sucker wants to pay, it's their 
money and none of my business.  It all comes out in the 
wash...people/businesses that offer quality goods and services at fair 
prices are rewarded with more business.  The only time I think intervention 
is appropriate in respect to pricing is when you're dealing with a 
monopoly...but monopolies cannot exist without government support, so, the 
government has an obligation to make sure they're not abusive.
