My problem with is with the construction of this sentence: "the difference
between the heights of the towers is intentional - it's exactly 2,752
inches."

That sentence sez (to me) the difference is 2752", which is incorrect. It
should read thusly: "the difference between the heights of the towers is
intentional - the one tower is exactly 2,752 inches, 4 inches taller than
the other tower" (to memorialize the number of people who died)
