I've felt old as shite lately.....went to the doctor's yesterday for a
checkup. I think the antibiotics I took after surgery killed off all the
good stuff in my belly. I'm back on acidopholous pills starting today to see
if that helps (hard to exercise and build muscle back up when you are
horribly fatigued and cramped up half the time).
