Whether or not he's a moron is, in fact, irrelevant. As president, he has
certain obligations...including stepping up to the plate and providing
decisive action. That's the whole point of the president position,
according to the founding documents of the US. He's supposed to be a
figurehead with the power to take decisive action in situations where the
Congress would be too slow to be effective. In this case, he failed to take
action when it was needed. And thus, he has probably embarrassed this
country more than ever. Even the debacle in Iraq doesn't compare. We're in
deep shit on our own soil. So yeah, Bush deserves to be blamed. Blamed,
removed from office, and imprisoned for the negligent deaths of thousands.
