| want to draw the line? The 50 year flood plain? 100 year? There's water
| everywhere, you can't escape it. Stats I saw yesterday said the majority

| deaths caused by hurricanes are inland fresh water floods from all the
rain
| that gets dumped. I assume that means horrendous damage inland too. You
seem
| to want no one to live anywhere near water.

In the Application mountains around Asheville we had some serious flooding
this past year.  Notice I said MOUNTAINS not a coast line is sight not even
a small lake.
