Yup, exactly. Dubya, and the Best and Brightest he has surrounded
himself with, are all inseparately tied to both the oil industry and
to a particular mega-contracting company (whose name starts with H).
No, it's not surprising in the least the way things are going down.
Lack of surprise should not imply lack of outrage.
