It's a volunteer FD, (which makes it worse because THEY get dragged out of
bed too) and I don't think there are any fines, but I do make a point of
telling Mr. Rent in front of said volunteers that he owes ANOTHER big
donation to the FD for all the false  alarms.  Whether he does or not, I
don't know, he's cheap.
