I've had salmon sushi.  It isn't smoked but other than that it doesn't 
seem all that different from smoked salmon.  When it is cooked, it gets 
whiter and flaky and the texture changes.  Neither smoked or raw sushi 
salmon is like that.  Raw tuna is pretty much the same as that too.
