Looking at the three details, only the third really sounds like it might 
match a techie profile.  And in my days, mannerisms were possibly a sign 
of nervousness, possibly a sign of a condition such as autism or 
Asperger Syndrome....

And what would having too much clothing on have to do with being a techie?
