It's probably a subconscious effort to protect your neck, don't you think? Afraid to
look around because it hurts, or maybe get hit again? You don't trust your neck.... I
know there have been times, especially when the fibro is really bad, that I have
things to do and I find myself avoiding them like the plague, I realized I was
avoiding them because I was avoiding the pain I knew was coming after I did it.
