It isn't, which is obvious by the fact that even the really simple ones 
aren't mentioned, i.e., Thou shalt not kill.  Not one of the 10 commandments 
or anything even approximating one is mentioned.  I think some people either 
haven't read the Constitution or want to wish it into something it isn't.
