In my travels around the world, I've found that quite a few nations 
charge various entry/exit fees for tourists.

Even when they're expensive (I think Kenya or some other African nation 
charged a few hundred bucks for American tourists...much less for those 
from other countries), it's still not all that bad.

It certainly would cut back on those abusing the tourist visas, 
methinks...
