I buy unsalted everything because I"m sodium sensitive, no prepared food
that loaded with it, and I use it minimally in cooking. I had dinner at the
Rents a couple of weeks ago and I damn near died, her food was SO oversalted
it burned my tongue and you would not want to have seen what I looked like
the next day. Salt, like everything else, should be used in moderation....
