Well, none of our kids ever rolled over quite so soon.  I'm not sure
if "congrats" or "look out!" is appropriate.  :-)

However, all four of our kids picked their head up and looked around
within a minute of being born.  (Born.  Placed on mom's chest.  Picked
head up and looked around.)
